I was looking at Dialtone, Inc.'s website (because that's who owns kroh.net's IP netblock), and while looking at their managed hosting plans, an actual, living, breathing, live person offered to answer any questions I might have. No, really. Now that is some impressive customer service. Most companies won't let you talk to a real person if you have an account much less just passing by.
