A long time ago, Jason linked to a blogger who was having some problems dealing with Earthlink & some hardcore bandwidth charges.
This sounded a lot like when Verizon handed me a $1300 mobile phone bill. The difference is that Verizon forgave my bill, Earthlink stuck her with about $600 of hers. So simply out of that, I went to PayPal and kicked her a little cash. Later, I got a very nice email from her thanking me and telling me that everything went okay; she got enough money to pay off Earthlink, etc.
I'd never read her website, and until today, still hadn't.
But she is truly a great blogger, and I'd recommend going and reading her a little.
And, you know, she's hot.
