Why you should fear geeks:

"The market for digital camera gear, it turns out, happens to have a lot of overlap with the technology-minded, Web-logging set, whose vengeance is served without much pause."
Shoot first and ask lots of questions while shooting.

Yup, you're allowed to feel that way.
Again: computers are tools; tools accomplish tasks. Depending on your tasks, you choose the proper tool. Don't let the door hit your ass, Russ.

Someone told me that Michael Buffer is paid $1M every time he says "Let's get ready to rumble!" in his trademark(ed) voice.
Now, I find this pretty hard to swallow, considering a supermodel (pick any one you wish) makes anywhere from $8k to $100k per day.
Does anyone know for sure?

"I managed to find a page where you could request the price for an appearance, but he'll pay you if you snitch on someone infringing on the "Let's Get Ready to Rumble" trademark. The closest I got to a price value was in a forum from Dec. 2004 where a writer claims Buffer was charging $10k an appearance in 1999."
