Microsoft has been playing in hardware more and more lately, but with the release of the Origami Project it has become obvious: Microsoft is the new Apple.
Update: Turns out they won't be making it, and it won't be nearly as pretty as the promo. Actually, it looks like it kind of sucks. Pity.

"That's either the nicest thing you've ever said about Microsoft, or the meanest thing anyone could ever say about Apple."

So, Suw took a header off the roof of my truck, hit the pavement, and slid across a turn lane out into traffic on the I-35 access road. The only casualty: my DVD drive choked.

The iBook was designed with durability in mind, using ultratough polycarbonate plastic — the same material used in bulletproof glass — with an internal magnesium frame for added strength. The hard disk drive is rubber-mounted for impact resistance.
Impact resistance indeed, bitch.

Comments:
"you were gonna will Suw to me when you got a new computer! now she's all banged up! :( dang."
