I've been blogging for 1-1.5 years. I own 2 or more domains that are updated regularly. I use Blogger, BigBlogTool, upsaid or other similar service to update a site on my own web host. I link only to sites I like to read (and sites that I have time to read) on a regular basis. As far as stats go, I am amazed that someone keeps track of how many people visit my site. I don't link to, nor read, any of the standard A-list blogs (Megnut, Kottke, Robot Wisdom, etc.). In fact, I've never heard of 'em. I post at least once a day. I can't remember the last day I haven't blogged. I blog from either home or work, but only after my work is done and when I get some free time. Nearly all the topics I blog are personal experiences or original writing that can't be found elsewhere on the web. I haven't bedded another blogger yet, but I certainly wouldn't rule it out if the opportunity presented itself. I have posted at least a photo of my face on my blog, but not much more. Memes and web surveys are, for the most part, pretty stupid, so I don't really participate. Nobody I know offline knows about my blog, and I plan on keeping it that way.
