I've been blogging for 2.5-3 years. I don't own a domain, but I have my own web address. I use Blogger, BigBlogTool, or similar service to update a blogspot, Geocities, or other hosted site; or I use diaryland, livejournal, or another service with built-in updating and content management. I have so many links I couldn't possibly read them all on a regular basis and/or I nearly always add a link to a site that has linked to mine. I check my stats occasionally, mostly to discover new blogs that are linking to mine. I don't link to any of the A-list blogs (Megnut, Kottke, Robot Wisdom, etc.)... if I ever want to visit their site, I'll just follow a link from someone else's blog. I post several times a day, every day, and if I don't, my readers can I assume I'm dead. When I plan something I know will be blog-worthy, I have my laptop or PDA with me so I can blog wirelessly as it's happening. My entries are a mix of some original material, some web links, and links and comments about other blogs. I've slept with 2 or more other bloggers (not including my significant other), and there are quite a few more I would shag if given the chance. I have posted quite a few photos of myself, but I was fully clothed in them all, thankyouverymuch. I usually check out most of the surveys I run across, but I only blog the results if I find them interesting or favorable. There are a few select people I've specifically kept in the dark about my blogging but, for the most part, most people know about it or could easily find it via a web search.
