the blogger decoder

I've been blogging for over 3 years. I own 2 or more domains, but only one is updated regularly. I just bought the other domain(s) because I made up a cool name. I use Blogger, BigBlogTool, upsaid or other similar service to update a site on my own web host. I have quite a few links, and I try to check in on them all regularly, or at least periodically. I check my stats at least once a day, I keep my tables in a spreadsheet, and I can tell you my average daily and monthly visitors without having to look it up. I don't link to any of the A-list blogs (Megnut, Kottke, Robot Wisdom, etc.)... if I ever want to visit their site, I'll just follow a link from someone else's blog. I don't post that frequently. In fact, I'm lucky if I manage to post 2 or 3 new entries a week. The blog isn't the first thing I think of when something happens, but I usually remember to blog the interesting things... eventually. I blog some original material with the occasional web link with accompanying personal commentary about the link. I might flirt a little with other bloggers, but anything beyond that is out of the question. I have posted quite a few photos of myself, but I was fully clothed in them all, thankyouverymuch. Memes and web surveys are, for the most part, pretty stupid, so I don't really participate. Friends know about my blog, but I generally don't talk about it with some groups (ie: family and/or co-workers) because they probably wouldn't get the whole blogging concept.
