I've been blogging for over 3 years. I own 2 or more domains, but only one is updated regularly. I just bought the other domain(s) because I made up a cool name. I manage my blog with Greymatter, Movable Type, or other management system running on my own web host. I don't have many links on my site and/or my links are primarily non-blog related. I check my stats occasionally, mostly to discover new blogs that are linking to mine. I don't link to any of the A-list blogs (Megnut, Kottke, Robot Wisdom, etc.)... if I ever want to visit their site, I'll just follow a link from someone else's blog. I don't post that frequently. In fact, I'm lucky if I manage to post 2 or 3 new entries a week. The blog isn't the first thing I think of when something happens, but I usually remember to blog the interesting things... eventually. I blog some original material with the occasional web link with accompanying personal commentary about the link. I might flirt a little with other bloggers, but anything beyond that is out of the question. I have posted several photos of myself on my blog. Some of them may have included full or partial nudity. I've taken a few surveys or participated in a few memes, but there seem to be so many of them I have to pick and choose. Nearly all of my offline friends, family members, and co-workers know about my blog, and that's fine.
